Hot Day On The Water

by | Jul 5, 2016

Rudee Inlet:

Croaker and Spot have been the predominate catches here in Rudee Inlet in recent days. They have been hitting best on live bloodworms or cut squid. There have also been some reports of some Flounder being caught. Popular baits for anglers in search of Flounder have been either live minnows or Gulps on a light jig head.

Inshore:

This morning we had the High Hopes, WaveRunner, and Backlash all out trolling up and down our beautiful coast line out of Rudee Inlet. The High Hopes and Backlash returned to the docks with a nice catch of Spanish Mackerel with some nice Bluefish in the mix. The WaveRunner And High Hopes returned this afternoon with some Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish, as well as some small sharks.

Offshore:

The Rebel fished offshore and caught and released a Blue Marlin, Hammer Head Shark, and a Mako!
