Today, we had the Backlash offshore and the Capt. Cheryl and Top Notch inshore.
Despite it still being a little rough offshore, the bite was better today! Despite having a Big Eye break off at the back of the boat and another spit the hook, the Backlash hit the dock with a really nice Dolphin, and a 71# Yellowfin Tuna. Congratulations to William Ferguson on your citation Tuna!
Inshore, the Spanish Mackerel continued to produce and both the Capt. Cheryl and Top Notch came home with limits of Mackerel, even after throwing just as many back!
The Top Notch also brought home two citation Spanish today! Congratulations to Nathanial Berry and Luke Jenkins on your citations!
The weather the next few days looks a little questionable but has been changing regularly so we are keeping our fingers crossed. Check back to see how everyone does tomorrow if the weather holds out!
