Backlash, High Hopes, and Top Notch fished offshore today. Backlash returned back from their day offshore with Mahi and Tuna! Top Notch also had some Tuna, as well as Mahi and Seabass High Hopes had a good day of bottom fishing and came back with a cooler full of Blue Line Tilefish. Yesterday, we had the Backlash, Top Notch, and High Hopes offshore as well as the WaveRunner inshore. The Backlash hit the docks with Yellowfin, Dolphin and a nice Mako release. The High Hopes and Top Notch both brought back an epic meat haul of Blueline Tilefish and Seabass. The Top Notch also had a White Marlin release! Inshore, the WaveRunner crew could barely keep enough lines in the water for how the Spanish Mackerel were snapping! Captain Pat said this has been some of the best Spanish Mackerel fishing he has seen in years, if not ever! Today the Backlash, Capt. Cheryl, High Hopes, and Top Notch all fished offshore. High Hopes had a good day and brought in a citation 18.5 Blue Line Tilefish! The Capt. Cheryl also had a great day offshore coming back with a limit of Tilefish, a good haul of Sea Bass and few gaffer Dolphin. Backlash returned to the docks with a nice catch of Blackfin Tuna, Mahi, and a Blue Marlin release citation! Top Notch also came back with a few Mahi! Inshore the Wave Runner had a nice day catching Spanish Mackerel and Bluefish.
Today we had the Backlash fishing offshore and the High Hopes fishing inshore. Offshore, the Backlash had an awesome day coming back with a nice haul of Blackfin Tuna as well as a White Marlin release citation. The High Hopes also had a good day inshore catching Spanish Mackerel. Tomorrow we’ve got three of our boats headed offshore so check back in the afternoon to see how they did!
Today, we had the Backlash and Capt. Cheryl offshore and the High Hopes and WaveRunner inshore. The Backlash hit the docks with a nice catch of Dolphins and Blueline Tilefish. The Capt. Cheryl came back with a big catch of Blueline Tilefish to fill their angler’s freezers! The High Hopes spent a full day fishing inshore and returned with a nice limit of Spanish Mackerel. They also saw quite a few Cobia and caught and released one that was a little undersize. The WaveRunner caught a nice limit on their morning half day as well!

After an exciting few days in the Tuna Tournament our guys got back into their normal routines today. Offshore we had Backlash, Capt. Cheryl, and Top Notch and the Wave Runner fished two inshore trips. Inshore the Wave Runner came back with some nice Spanish Mackerel and Bluefish. Offshore Backlash had a great day returning with some nice sized Tunas and Mahi. Top Notch also came back with some Dolphin as well as a White Marlin release citation. Capt. Cheryl caught some nice sized Mahi as well.
After a windy day at the docks yesterday, today we had Backlash and Wave Runner fishing offshore, while the Capt. Cheryl, High Hopes, and Top Notch fished inshore. Offshore the Backlash had a nice catch of Tuna! The Wave Runner fished the tournament coming back with some nice tuna as well. The Capt. Cheryl had a full day inshore and returned back with a nice catch of Spanish Mackerel as well as a Ribbon Fish. High Hopes and Top Notch both spent their days on 1/2 day inshore trips coming back with some Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish, and Spadefish.
Yesterday, we had the Capt. Cheryl, High Hopes and Top Notch offshore. It seemed to be a bit tougher day to get some good bites for everyone as the water conditions were a little sporty and the sharks were also feeling a little sporty. All of the guys managed to scrap out a few nice Yellowfin Tunas and the Top Notch and High Hopes also released some Makos. There were a few other good bites in there that unfortunately were lost but the guys were happy to have the action. Today is also the 2nd day of the Virginia Beach Tuna Tournament; however, most boats who did not fish it yesterday will lay today and fish their day tomorrow due to the rough conditions today. …
