New Years Eve & A Close To Bay Rockfish Season

Today At The Marina:

This morning we are expecting to see some lingering showers, followed by some afternoon sunshine. Temperatures will be starting in the 60’s before dropping. Winds will be out of the North between 10 and 15 MPH. Tonight we will see some scattered clouds with lows in the mid 40’s, winds will remain out of the North but drop out to between 5 and 10 MPH.

 

Inshore:

Today we will see Northwest winds on the water between 5 and 10 KT, before increasing to between 10 and 15 KT later this morning and afternoon. Seas will be a little choppy, between 3 and 4 feet. Anglers are likely to see rain this morning through later afternoon, followed by a chance of rain late.

We had a private boat pull in yesterday will some nice Rockfish!

Offshore:

Offshore forecast for today is not looking to pretty. Winds will be out of the Southwest between 15 and 20 KT, before shifting to North between 15 and 25 KT. Seas will build to between 4 and 7 feet. There will be some scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms in the mix.
