Rudee Inlet:

Inside of Rudee Inlet the fishing seems a little slower this morning. The popular bait still remains live minnows. We continue to see anglers reeling in Flounder, with some very nice keepers in the mix. The Croaker and Spot seem to be hitting on Bloodworms and Fishbites “Bag O’Worms,” as well as a few Roundheads in the mix.

Inshore:

This morning fishing has been a little slow from the reports we have gathered. There are still a few Bluefish being caught along the beaches. The Red Drum continue to bite, as over the past few days we have had several citation releases! They can be caught slow trolling plugs and spoons, as well as casting bucktails at them. Cobia fishing seems a little on the slower side here recently, though we have still heard reports of a few being landed. We are excited for summer fishing! As fishing continues to pick up this is a great opportunity to spend some time out on the water with family or friends. The inshore trips are great for families! Today’s Catch consisted of some small Sharks and some nice releases of Red Drum!

Offshore:

The offshore Yellowfin Tuna bite has been phenomenal over the past few days, in fact as some captains have put it; “The Best We Have Seen In Years.” Along with the Tuna we continue to see some nice Mahi brought in as well. The Rebel came back today from an offshore trip with a great catch of Tuna and Mahi!
