Some Bluefish Inshore

by | Oct 10, 2015

Today At The Marina:

Cloudy skies with scattered light showers thru early afternoon, and Breezy with northeast winds between 10 and 20 MPH. Highs in the Mid to upper 60’s.

Inshore:

Lately the inshore bite was a little on the slower side, with only a scattered Bluefish bite. Though we have started hearing that there is a start of a Red Drum bite. Be sure to check back with us this afternoon to see how they did. The boats just returned with some Bluefish.

Offshore:

Sadly, the offshore charters scheduled for today had to cancel due to the unpleasant weather they are calling for. Offshore anglers today will be seeing north to northeast winds between 10 and 20 KT. These winds will bring seas to around 5 feet with some scattered thunderstorms in the mix.

Rudee Inlet:

The Rudee Inlet bite has been mostly small Speckled Trout here in recent days, with a few keepers in the mix. The Spot bite has been a little scattered, with anglers hooking up to them on live bloodworms and squid.
