Big Eyes!

Offshore:

The Backlash returned this afternoon flying a White Marlin and Sailfish release flag! The Rebel returned shortly after from their overnight trip with 7 White Marlin release flags, two Big Eye Tunas, many Dolphin and a Dusky Shark release. The two Big Eyes weighed in at 138 lbs and 268 lbs! Way to go guys!

Inshore:

The Git-R-Done and High Hopes were both out on half day nearshore trips this morning. The Git-R-Done caught some Spanish Mackerel and the High Hopes caught some Spanish as well as a False Albacore.  The High Hopes is also scheduled for and afternoon half day inshore trip today as well. The inshore fishing was a bit slow yesterday, but we’re hoping that the rainstorms that rolled through yesterday stirred up the waters for better fishing today. Check back later to see what the catch was.

Rudee Inlet:

The catch in Rudee Inlet consists of Spot, Croaker, and Flounder. The Spot and Croaker seem to be biting best on live bloodworms and squid. The Flounder bite has been picking up. They are biting on live minnows and Gulp with a light jighead. There are also some keepers being caught as well.
