18th

Well, it looks to be another great day of fishing here at the Virginia Beach Fishing Center.  We have inshore boats going out after taylor bluefish, spanish mackeral, croaker, and spadefish (on a 6 hour inshore) and offshore boats going out after Dolphin, Tuna, and Billfish!!  

The offshore trip today was ran by the Backlash.
(Sorry we don't have their sign in the picture it was blown away in the past storm. But a new one is being made).

The BIG BLUEFIN TUNA CAUGHT WEIGHED 85LBS!!! Just shy of the 100 lb. citation weight!! It was a great day offshore with albacore,  bluefin, and a really nice size dolphin! Some yellowfin tunas were also around but non hooked up. However, the Captain reported that there were also some other nice size bluefin tunas that hit the lines as well that were released!

Don't forget to check out the inlet fishing (we have minnows, bloodworms, artificial bait, and frozen bait as well). Taylor Bluefish, small flounder (be aware of the size minimum), croaker, and more!! Lots of action happening right now all around, so make you you take advantage of the nice weather. Weather over the next few days looks like it should be pretty good.

We are also working on make-up trips for 1/2 day inshore, 1/2 day nearshore, and offshore trips! If you don't have a full party, we can put you together with other individuals to make up a full charter!
