RED DRUM: Caught & Released by Joe Dolak of Sugarloaf, PA on the Wave Runner

The Wave Runner had a great inshore trip today catching Red Drum! These guys caught and released a 46" Red Drum which makes it a citation sized fish! It seems the Red Drum are running really good right now so if you're looking to get on a trip like this give us a call for all the info!

This gentleman did an awesome job on catching Round Head off the Virginia Beach Pier today. He said he was using bloodworms and squid for bait which filled his cooler up very nicely getting him a little over 19 lbs worth of fish. While we are not affiliated with the pier, it was still good to know there's some good fishing in the ocean.

The fishing in Rudee Inlet has been outstanding lately! We have been selling so much bait and tackle it's hard to keep it stocked! Reports of Taylor Bluefish, Flounder, Puppy Drum, and Croaker are still coming from the avid fisherman that are out there every chance they get. We have sold tons of squid, bloodworms, minnows and gulp which seem to be the most popular bait right now. Depending on what you want to target we can point you in the right direction as to which type of bait to use.
