Owl's Creek, the public boat ramp at Rudee Inlet, is PACKED this morning. 6:30AM and trucks with trailers are lined all along General Booth Blvd. waiting to put their boat in. The Inlet actually looks like rush hour on I-64. We hope everyone is safe out on the water today and has great luck fishing! If it's anything like it was yesterday, we could very well see the new Virginia State Record!

We have a feeling today is going to be crazy! We'll try to keep you as updated as possible. As always, for the latest info, don't hesitate to give us a call and we'll be happy to help you!

1:30 P.M.

Well the first round of boats is back in!  All except one of our boats today has caught and released fish all morning seeing some nice sizes and good fights! The boats are reporting not having to run as far to reach the fish as they did last weekend and we hope with these few days of warm water we will see the fish start to move even closer to our inlet!  Regardless, limits are being caught and charters are coming back happy!

Since the weather is absolutely gorgeous and the fishing is great, we have had non stop phone calls for private charters and make-up charters!  We are working on charters for both Sunday and Monday, as well as next weekend!  Call soon before they book up!  We have every boat going out tomorrow and hope to see next weekend the same way!

Look for more updates this evening!

3.00 P.M.

The Backlash just pulled in with some nice fish and happy customers!  The "sweetie" charter caught their limit and even came back to the docks with a 40lb Striper citation!  We are still waiting on a few more boats with hopefully great catches!
