Good morning!  We have quite a few boats fishing half day trips today.  It should be busy at the docks around noon.  We have one boat fishing the White Marlin Open tournament today. 

If you are interested in tournaments, and can't make it to Ocean City, the Virginia Beach Billfish Tournament takes place at our marina on August 25th - 27th.  Feel free to come by and check out the action as the boats come in each day to weight their fish and register their release billfish.  There is also a lady's only Marlin Tournament called the Wine Women and Fishing tournament that will take place  Sunday August 21.  This tournament is held at Fisherman's Wharf Marina.  If you are interested in fishing either of these tournaments, we still have boats available for charter.  Just call the marina and we can get you set up!

The morning trips caught a ton of Spanish Mackerel and Taylor Blues.  The captains said that there was a lot of action and the trips were reeling in fish left and right.

The afternoon boats are coming back to the dock.  They released some marlin offshore today and had some more nice Spanish Mackerel and Taylor Blues inshore.  Offshore they also had some nice Tuna and Mahi Mahi.
