BLUE MARLIN: caught and released by Ted Seglem of Wichita, Kansas on the Backlash at the Norfolk Canyon

_________________________________________________________________________________

The morning nearshore trips did awesome today!!  The boats came back with a TON of fish.  They had a great variety too.  They had some Trigger Fish, Spade Fish, a Cobia, and even a Spanish Mackerel.  Way to go guys!!

These fish won't be here forever, so if you are interested in targeting summer inshore or nearshore fish you should book your trip ASAP!!  We will of course keep you up to date with the latest fishing reports, but as any fisherman knows, fish can go as fast as they come.  The reports from our captains are good.  They seem to think that these fish will be here for a while longer, but the sooner you book your trip the better!!!!

The offshore boats are starting to pull in.  They seem to have a nice variety of Dolphin and Marlin.  We even had a boat that had a release Blue Marlin!!  One of the boats also did some deep dropping while they were out there and they caught a Tile Fish and some Black Bellied Rose Fish.  Awesome catches!!!
