We got a report this morning from a private boat fishing in Rudee Inlet that there are some nice puppy drum biting.  They reported that the fish were all about 20" and that they were catching them on artificial shrimp grubs. 

The head boat is running their first 8-2 trip of the season today.  We will update you when they return this afternoon!

Looks like the head boat's first 8-2 trip was a success! Even though the water is still a little cold they were able to make out with some nice Tautog, Cod and Triggerfish.

We've got quite a few charter boats going out tomorrow on various trips so check back tomorrow for more updates!
