Friday, August 24, Captain Cheryl fished inshore, the High Hopes, Rebel, and Top notch fished offshore, and the Wave Runner and Backlash fished in the Virginia Beach Billfish Tournament.
Capt. Cheryl released a lot of their catch, but still returned to the docks with some nice Spanish Mackerel, including one citation size!
Top Notch released a White Marlin, and had a pretty haul of Dolphin after fishing all day offshore!
The High Hopes returned from offshore with their limit of Blueline Tilefish, some Dolphin , & some nice Black Sea Bass , one being a citation!
The Rebel released a Blue Marlin and White Marlin!
The Wave Runner had a great first day of fishing the Billfish Tournament with 5 White Marlin, 1 Blue Marlin, and a Spearfish!
The Backlash also fished the tournament and released 2 White Marlins!
