Today At The Marina:

There are no boats out today.

The pretty weather finally arrived yesterday and looks like it will maintain for the next few days ahead! However, the wind has decided not to cooperate. The wind will continue to pick up for the next few days and will not begin dropping out until Sunday afternoon. The water will begin to settle late Sunday evening and looks to remain calm for a few days. Definitely the time to get some fishing in!

Offshore:

It has been a few days since we have had reports of anyone going offshore due to the weather and wind. The bite this time of year mainly consists of Wahoo, Yellowfin Tuna and Mahi. The deep-drop trips bring in great catches of Black Seabass, Barrel Fish, Blueline Tilefish, Golden Tilefish, and Black Bellied Rosefish at this time of the year. We remain hopeful that the bite will be just as good as it was before the weather hit when we get back out there next week!

Inshore:

There have not been too many reports of anything biting inshore as it seems the Bluefish have staged their exit. We have our fingers crossed for the Rockfish to show soon!

Rudee Inlet:

The Speckled Trout are biting like crazy inside Rudee Inlet. They are biting best on chartreuse Gulp with a light jighead. While the water is rough, Rudee Inlet remains beautiful so if you want to fish, that is your place to be!
