On Friday, July 20 we had the Rebel, High Hopes and Backlash offshore as well as the Capt. Cheryl, WaveRunner and Top Notch fishing 2 inshore half-days each!
The Rebel returned to the docks with an awesome catch of Dolphin, Blueline Tilefish and a Blue Marlin.
The High Hopes returned with a huge catch of Blueline Tilefish and Black Belly Rosefish.
The Backlash came back to the docks with a major meat haul as well with a limit of Dolphin, some nice Yellowfin Tuna and a Wahoo.
Inshore, the Capt. Cheryl spent the morning shark fishing and in the afternoon trolling for Spanish Mackerel and Bluefish. Their morning trip didn’t yield the sharks they had hoped for but their afternoon trip did catch some nice fish.
The Top Notch and WaveRunner also spent both their morning and afternoon trips trolling for Spanish Mackerel and Bluefish. Both had some really nice catches and the Top Notch also caught some huge Red Drum.
Unfortunately, the wind and rain has kept our guys tied up the last few days and right now we are still waiting to see when they will be able to get back out there. Stay tuned as we hope it will be in the next day or so!
