On Saturday, July 14 we had the Backlash, Rebel, and WaveRunner offshore as well as the Capt. Cheryl, Top Notch, and High Hopes inshore!
The Backlash hit the docks with an awesome catch of Dolphin, Yellowfin Tuna, and also flying release flags for a White Marlin, Blue Marlin, and Spearfish making it a GRAND SLAM!
The Rebel came back with a load of Dolphin including a 45# Citation, Blueline Tilefish, Seabass and 2 White Marlin releases.
The WaveRunner also came back with Dolphin, Tilefish and 2 White Marlin releases!
The inshore boats also had an epic day of fishing with the all the boats bringing in some nice Spanish Mackerel as well as some really nice Flounder and Spadefish on the Capt. Cheryl, a Cobia on the Top Notch, and some Bluefish on the High Hopes!
Some of our private boats also had some jam-packed days full of billfish releases and Dolphin. Between the Backlash and one of our private boats, the Virginia Beach Fishing Center fleet had 2 GRAND SLAM boats- something most Captains and Anglers only dream about!
Overall, the fleet had a very action packed day and it is only getting better so call today to book your trip!
